You could do either interior mount shades/blinds or panels hung on a straight rod from the wall section in front of the bay. There are also custom options, manufactured to your exact specs.

For bow windows with beautiful casings like yours, I prefer some kind of inside mount shades--Romans or cellular--that allow the windows to star.

Shutters or roman shades would be nice.

I don't agree with shutters, shades, etc., for bowed windows, especially considering the cranks and locks you have. You didn't give a picture of the entire room, which would have helped a lot. But, I'm leaning for nice drapes you can pull back that can serve for privacy, blocking out harsh sun and provide warmth in the winter.

I hope you don't need lots of privacy from these windows because they are beautiful and if you do inside mount shades on them they shades will block out 1/4 of the window when they are pulled up. See how low the tops of the windows are? That would be a shame. I have always done a rod on the outside of the window all the way across at ceiling height. Add 12 to 16" of stack room on each side of your window and do drapes on rings. If you don't need to actually close them, you can get away with 1 1/2 widths on each side. That is approximately 75" width on each side. That will give you enough fabric so it won't look like two dishrags.
