Do the exposed bulbs create glare (problems)?

Do the two exposed bulbs provide adequate primary lighting for the bathroom? How well do they work in the bathroom?

    There are also recessed lights in the ceiling that provide light in this space. The Edison bulbs would not be enough on their own and the do not create glare.
