Black, a more vibrant blue, dark plum, red (not bright cherry but something darker). Or you could go with a neutral shutter color (or black) and add a fun yellow front door.

What a beautiful house.

In that first photo it looks like Santa's workshop at the North Pole.

The blue color on the shutters seems to go with the fairytale look of the house.

Maybe that shade of blue they use for shutters in the south of France?

Or a modest Yankee dark dark green, but one with depth.

But the blue would be more fun. :)
