Hello and thank you for your question! The overall room dimensions are 23'-9"x 15'-6". The perimeter drop is 9'-4" above the finished floor, and is offset 1'-6" away from the wall. The top of the ceiling is 10'-0". Since this is a historic structure from the late 1800's with high ceilings, we were able to drop the ceiling to make the game room feel more intimate. Keep this in mind if you ceiling is lower as a 1'-6" wide band around the ceiling might look disproportionate to the rest of the space. Good luck with your project!
