Bent Arborvitae Branches

The branches on my 2-year old emerald green arborvitae's bent because of the heavy snow we had a few weeks ago. Now that the snow is gone, some of them are still very bent, one is even cracked. Is there anything I can do? Should I tie them up? Should I remove the cracked branch (it's almost half the shrub).

a pic is worth a thousand more words ..

broken is broken ... remove it below the break ... then see how it buds out this spring ... and decide if you want to look at it.. or put it out of your misery ....

i dont know what to tell you about the bent parts.. w/o a pic ...

this wouldnt happen to be a multi leader plant .. would it ... show me the pic

sorry, i don't have a pic, but will take your suggestion and remove the ones that actually broke. As the sun has come out a little over the past few days the bent branches are looking a little better, so I will hope for the best! thanks!
