I have many happy Clients that have used the Levity door and love it. I have heard nothing about leaking. It is a by-pass door and both panels slide. The only way I could see it leaking is if you had the doors in the wrong position relative to the direction from where the shower head flows. (i.e. the water could pass through the gap between the doors - just slide them the other direction) But this sounds just too obvious - right? If installed properly I do not understand why this would leak. You could call our Customer Care Center for their response. 1-800-456-4537. I hope this helps. My Levity shower doors leak like crazy, They were put in correctly. The contractors put extra silicon on the frames but water still pools on my floor. I cannot figure out what is going on.

The installer who did my custom master bath shower is also saying these doors leak. kvgirl were you able to resolve the leaking doors? Do you think something went wrong with the installation or is it the poor design of the doors?
