hardy plants for cool spring weather

Which floating oxygenator type plants live in 50 degree water temps to help reduce green water?

We're in western WA and the pond is in part shade with 3 goldfish plus perennial pond plants.

I already know that water lettuce & water hyacinth are for warmer weather, so will wait to purchase. When I look up Azolla, anacharis, dwarf sagittaria the info states 72-82 degrees.

Do we just need to wait for the perennials to wake up a bit more?

Water temp now 54 degrees, so put golden Carex & sweet flag back in the pond & waterfall. Pond green is much less. Probably more a matter of cycle than anything else I've done. Any plant suggestions?

I've over wintered hornwort & floating parrots feather here in zone 6 and the hornwort in Mich in zone 4b. If you can get the string algae off of them they work pretty well. Also iris and water lilies wake up fairly early.
