Big one was Monaco and some unnamed red for Jewel of the Night and still no Ruby Meyers although they still list it and I keep buying it..

Just for comparison, I've posted Donna's H. Merengue (top) and Jimnpa's H. Rosario (bottom).

I'm very disappointed, since both of these were very limited offerings.

Sounds like you got a few too Maria! If you had to guess...would you say they are H. Tango? The tan pedicels is the confounding factor. There's not really enough green on the lower petals to be LaPaz and there's too much to be Tango; hence Hans-Werner's coined the term "LaPango"! The photos provided to me by KAVB show a green pedicel in the photos on file for Tango.

We cannot rely on the green pedicels as I have some that bloomed with green pedicels and then bloomed again in another season with tan pedicels.

Thank you for your testimony Maria. FINALLY comes the info I have been waiting for so long. As to the pictures from KAVB, imho something is not right there, namely with their LaPaz, which rather look like "Lima" or "Jungle Star"
My own "LaPango" is yet to produce tan(ned) Pedicels - I always forced them indoors. I have them in bloom right now. 5 HUGE scapes from 3 bulbs.

So, do you both think that all my blooms are H. Tango?
