My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Thanks Bryan! Unfortunately we are in Chicago so unless your builder is willing to "swim the pond" so to say I think we will have to find one here :). It is a great deal for that work. So far we got 1 quote for it and it was over $2000 usd :(
