Hi

My Tiny Tom tomato seedlings sprouted about three weeks ago and they
started growing ok until all of a sudden they stopped growing. They
havent moved for about a week and look like they are shriveling up.

Could you please tell me what im doing wrong and possibly how to fix
it. I live in Hudds UK if that is any help and they are on my bedroom
window sill.
