My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Funny story, we found a man who has spent his life collecting pre-way fireplaces and he agreed to sell us one of them that happened to be in perfect condition. He doesn't part with them very frequently. Happy pre-way hunting!

    How is it preforming outside. Malm tells us that they are not meant for the outside and that they will rust, Have you had that experience, or do you treat it with anything?
