Would you ever paint the cabinets white ? They look beautiful as it is, but they seem at odds with the warm tones in your lovely cabinets. I think you have the perfect combination of colors. The warmth and intensity of colors in the kitchen cabinets, kitchen paint and adjoining room are balanced. The wood is beautiful and will outlast the white phase.
Although, I love the white and would begin with white cabinets. Likewise, I love wood and would change other elements over painting it.
You could neutralize the kitchen and adjoining room by changing the wall colors to a warm white and warm neutrals. A chocolate brown would make your counter tops stand out and modernize the color scheme. Lighter colors will expand the space and darker colors will make it shrink.

I meant to say a chocolate brown wall paint in the kitchen.

I like the green and I think it is already warm! If you want a warmer green - I like anjou pear by Benjamin Moore!
