How do you install the wrap around a 6x6 post?

The NextStone 1 piece columns have an inside measurement of 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". They fit nicely over a 6x6 post. If you have 4x4 posts, you need to fir out the post to 5 1/2", making sure there is firring material where your railing would be connected. NextStone also offers a 4x4 Converter kit. The 2 piece columns can be added to existing posts and also measure 5 1/2" x 5 1/2".
