As far as I am aware, all are the same, but they can thrive at any size you choose! If you want a small bush, then trim more heavily. I know one Celeste that is probably 40 feet high and 60 feet across, with limbs the size of a man's thigh. Most people prefer to have three to five main stems, and to prune them yearly to keep them at less than 10 feet tall. The tall stems are very flexible, and one can bend them over at that height to harvest the figs. This may require that older trunks are cut off at the ground, and one or two younger ones are allowed to grow from the ground every year or two. Most of these "sucker" stems are cut to the ground each year.
