Bulbs need to go in the ground

last modified: 11 years ago

Thanks to the generosity of the people on this forum, Donna and Carol Fipp and one other whose name I lost, I received seeds about 1 1/2 yrs ago. They have been growing in containers and growing well. I want to put them in the ground.

My problem, I guess I left them in the containers too long. When I unpotted them, the roots are tangled and I would have to either cut the bulbs apart or try to tear the plants apart.

I could plant them as one clump and not try to separate.

What would you suggest??

Thanks,

Jane
