Which kind? I have the black lace.

I have a few that grew by them self they just finished blooming and they will have tons of red berries , I don't know if there edible but I have read that they are if boiled first

Mickeymantle.. Thank you so much for writing but if your elderberries are red they are properly not for eating. The elderberries I am looking for gets really dark purple or nearly black. :o)

Are you still looking for this? I can easily get you some. Here in Eastern Washington they grow every were. The kind with the nice black edible berries, my friend and I have been picking the berries for years for wines, cobbler, and cough and cold syrup stuff.
