We are beginning the process of researching a new flooring for our 3-season room. The temperatures can get well below zero during our winters and in the summer can get pretty warm as well. We don't want tile or real wood, but we are thinking of a durable, cold & heat resistant flooring like COREtex plus (engineered luxury vinyl plank flooring) or something like Karndean Looselay. Does anyone have any thoughts/opinions/advice on either of these products? Also, does anyone know how long these products have been used and when and if they will start loosing their initial sheen.
