I'd use it, assuming it does not stink.

Worms love mold.

I get that on my grounds and I use it anyway. Haven't noticed any problems in bin. I suspect the worms feast on the mold.

I use it like that quite a lot and my worms are alive and kicking.

Coffee grounds are one of my best food supplies. If your beds are not too wet, there will always be mold that does not give off a strong odor. If they are too wet, the mold will give off a musty odor. I use a lot of fruit peelings, potato skins and coffee grounds.

Thanks for the input. I added it to the bins and the squirm seems no worse for wear.
