It is an LVT ( luxury vinyl tile ). Here is the link: http://www.mannington.com/Residential/Adura/AduraTile/Vibe/AT271.aspx

Note, you can run the pattern the same direction or alternate like we have. It is easy to install, but it installs differently than tile. You must do as manufacture suggests. Find an installer familiar with the product.

I will be purchasing this. Thank you for posting. I've had several Mannington floors in 2 different homes, and have had both professionally installed by Mannington dealers. I need this for the kitchen, and I think it's just what I have been looking for.
