I am putting pendants over my kitchen island. I will also have a fan in the great room which will be about maybe 10 feet away from the island. The fan will be about 9 or 10 feet from the floor. If I use the electrical wires that smaller pandants have instead of the metal rods, will the fan running cause these pendants to move at all? I don't have a clue, does anyone have this layout and do the pendants move at all? I prefer the rods, but just wondering. Also, I have looked a hundreds of pendants, I want something unique, not super modern and colorful, any site suggestions?
