My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My ruby has been looking weak lately. I upped the water nothing. So I decided to check my underground drip hose. This is what I found. I have no idea the cause. No sign of gophers. No sign of the missing wood.
