White Kitchen Remodel

I am in the process of remodeling my entire house! The living room, dining room and kitchen form one big open living concept with sky lights in the middle to provide more light.

The kitchen will be remodeled to have white cabinets and an espresso island, which will join the living room and kitchen together. We are struggling to chose a 'white' color for the cabinets. As the space is not finished yet, we are uncertain on how the light will fall but know that it will (hopefully) be bright and airy. We are currently looking at Ben Moore's Simply White and White Dove.

I don't want a stark overly bright white, I'd like a slightly warmer tone, but I don't want it to look dingy or dull. The white dove next to the simply white looks duller in color but warmer in tone. We have had Kelly Moore's Swiss coffee on our trim to date and our contractor recommended going with that for the kitchen cabinets and thought the house on the trim for consistency. Has anyone done this?

We like Pottery Barn colors- neutrals and grays and so will need our kitchen to blend we these colors.

Note: the kitchen cabinets will touch the ceiling and trim and we will have hard wood floors in a walnut color finish.

Any recommendations or advice on these whites for my kitchen?
