I would love to know the paint colors use here, especially this gray and white

I don't have the exact specs but they should be very close to these Sherwin Williams colors:

Main body color: SW7009 Pearly White;

Eaves: SW7015 Repose Gray;

Door & window trim: SW7004 Snowbound;

Doors: SW6796 Blue Plate.

Since monitors tend to vary somewhat (and because it's always a good idea) test small swatches and adjust as necessary. Good luck!
