cement tile behind undercabinet lighting?

Hi,
It appears that your tile backsplash runs behind what looks like the undercabinet lighting? I am afraid my electrician placed the undercabinet lighting too far to the back of my cabinet so there is not enough room behind for the cement tile? I hope this makes sense, any info would be appreciated. Thank you. Love your kitchen!
