Long, spindly, seedlings. First time urban farmer...

I've started seeds indoors using a Hydrofarm CK64060 Hot House, Heat Mat . After w week the sprouts broke through the

soil, but I've kept the greenhouse dome on, the heat mat beneath the tray, and have only been putting in direct sunlight

for an hour to two hours a day. Now the seedlings are long and spindly. I've read that keeping the seedlings under the

dome, not providing enough light, lack of air, and constant heat from that mat, may all be he culprit.

Question: is all lost? please see pics. Should I start again, or are these OK to continue to grow for transplanting?

Also, I don't have a florescent light. Maybe very necessary?
