My new kitchen layouts. Can I have some feedback?

I am gutting completely my kitchen this spring, I need some advice on my layout, this is the best I came up with but it's not 100%.

Design 1 (breakfast bar).
What is causing me difficulty is my kitchen is narrow (11.5' X 17.5') and I have large windows (19" from the floor, 5' high) It's nice but it's a lot of openings with 3 doors.
I would love to have the wall oven in the wall but I doesn't look like I can?? I'm not sure of the corner cabinets too.

Note I do need 24" wide counter space for the espresso and coffee grinder, with a clearing of 22" tall.

Design 2 (Island concept) I could rework the cabinets to put a wall oven but don't think I have the room to move around the island especially with the swing of the door.

Like to have room for 4 people to sit and eat. Drawing is to scale

I love plan 1. if you need two wall ovens, I would put a wall oven under the espresso machine

Since you already have a larger one on the other side, this could just be a 24 inch one

or on second thought -- put other oven to left of cooktop in that 24 inch cabinet/put microwave in same cabinet with espresso machine

Both look great. The only thing I'm not sure about is the seating... on the first one everyone is facing the same direction so might not be as easy to chat with each other and in the second design, a couple of people are really close to the sink which might be a concern but maybe not if the sink is more rectangular. Also, think about whether you want the coffee maker to be close to the fridge or a countertop depending on how you like to make your enjoy (do you want milk from a fridge really close or a countertop to set your cup as you add milk/sugar). I love your first inspiration pick (the more contemporary one); really pretty :)
