Seed pod help!

A few of my amaryllis have gone to seed. So far, two of the smaller pods have turned brown and shriveled. The seeds inside those pods are white and squishy, with only a small handful of seeds that are black and contain the 'heart' of the seed.

I havent been watering my amaryllis that often, but I'm wondering why the pods aren't dry like they should be.

I'm currently drying the good seed on paper towels. I am just praying my larger seed pods (6) are going to turn out okay. They're still green, and a few of them are very large and I don't want to lose them.

Any help on the matter will be greatly appreciated. And I don't mind sharing the seed either! :)
