Red Metal Barn, that is.....

We started with a 4000' empty red building.....purchased it for the beautiful mountain views and space. Retired and traveling full-time, all we had to do was pull our RV 5th Wheel inside one of the 4 bays and park it. GREAT idea, as we needed a place to STOP. Soooooo, we decided to build a cozy lil' country cottage in one of the bays. Having designed our large home years ago, I grabbed a scrap piece of paper and drew the plans. The concrete floors made my chalk walls, doors, and furniture placement come alive. Never thought I'd attempt another project such as this at my age. Actually, it was FUN !! Don't want my hubby to hear that. ;)

Now we have a cute little stop-over place we call "home."
