My husband and I disagree as to the order to model our new retirement home. He will be performing the work himself

We are gutting the kitchen/dining room (putting in all new cabinets and appliances), 4 baths, 2 bedrooms, study, laundry, living room and rec room. We plan to paint the woodwork all white and paint all the rooms. We have selected wood flooring for the living room, kitchen and study. The fireplace in the living room will be refaced and we will add new cabinets. The bedrooms and rec room will be carpeted. The entry, laundry and bathrooms are to be ceramic tile. The master bath is to be gutted all new fixtures and finishes. We are painting all the remaining existing bathroom cabinets white.

He has already gutted 3 of the 4 baths and left the powder room intact, removed all existing carpet and retextured the ceiling. None of the bedrooms are useable, he put a bed in a storage room.

What is the best order of the construction? Should we paint the trim/woodwork, put in the new flooring or paint the walls next? and after that?

As to room priority, I feel the kitchen and the guest bedroom/bath so we can at least live there. I know he is hesitant on the kitchen floor because we are using the same flooring in the living room.
