The picture frames and mirrors are regularly taken down to allow sunlight to get to the hedge and to reduce the risk of birds being injured. For instance, nothing is currently on the hedge besides from the outdoor TV and stags head. There was also an owl figurine also installed (the same used at many public spaces) to deter birds away from that section of the garden when everything is up, you can make it out in this photo on the frame above the TV.
