Found a vanity that looks similar @ Home Depot - brand is Foremost and comes with matching mirror just like in the photo.

A local frame shop made this for us - I love the curved top! It compliments the curved cabinet and basin. It is a simple cherry frame.

the cabinet was made by the cabinet shop who worked on the kitchen and other bathrooms as well. most good cabinet makes should be able to replicate this vanity

the mirror comes with the vanity ordered through Foremost Home Depot. I recently installed in our powder room looks just like the designer photo. Great value. Nice quality.
