You have a nice house, I think the colors chosen should be simple and classic.

I'd match paint color to the lightest brick: white or off white (all trim and all siding).

No shutters.

I'd have a tall tree on each side of the garage window and smaller shrubs under window and on each side. This will look best if a professional landscaper is hired.

Here's another one, with cream trim instead of white, and still the green with the red brick. I actually like cream better than the stark white. The green is more sage in the picture below, and olive in the picture above. I like the idea below of the peak of the gable being a different color. I think that would look good with your house, to paint the upper part the cream trim color, with green below. Use siding color green for the garage door and front door. All trim cream color as well as the peak.

I found these pictures by using the search function in Houzz and searching for 'red brick and green'. I always find examples so much easier than imagining what things look like.

I wouldn't add shutters. Your right window is too wide for them, and they'd look squashed on the left side. I'd dress up the porch with an inviting bench under the window, painted in the cream color.
