I feel that your house has to be something with a rich warm color, nothing light because that will make it a cookie cutter. Introducing a rich buttery color trim and brown windows would be beautiful. You can hire me and my design assistant Aubriannah =)

Maybe keep brown but a bit lighter and paint trim, railing etc off white. I also like the last picture... Not sure why. Smile.

HI -- I Love this style of house . Especially if it is in the country side . This gabled style looks great in a white but ... I think your house would look wonderful in a pretty yellow with white window trims and black shutters and a red door .

Pretty home but the porch is too dark. Using dark brown tones is safe and I have been down that road myself! Lighten your exterior with dove gray or tan shade with lighter trim. Is painting the front door something you would consider? A jewel toned paint color could help brighten up the porch and add curb appeal.
