Would be helpful if you gave more info like where you area at (like Coastal So Cal, or Inland So Cal, or State?)?, also growing conditions (inside now, outside in a pot or in ground?)?

Can you also post a pic of the tips in question and of the whole plant?

But going blind, could be that its not warm enough, or could be fluctuating temps and light, over watering, under watering, root issues, etc.

I would also consider spider mites causing the damage

I live in So. Cal. The pulmerias are in pots. It has been warm but a few cool nights.
