Paint the brick as a last resort if you can't think of anything else, but then resign yourself to more maintenance. Consider losing the blue, and going with black and white with the brick, or your sage with a deeper green, without painting. If you are changing out the roof as on your photo, consider going with gray, black or charcoal accents. The current scheme would look a lot better if you had only white, not tan and white, on the trim. You see how that upper window pops against the brick, compared to the porch area?

That porch does not look original to the home. Perhaps there are others in the neighborhood that you could look for that have some original features. Post seem too squared off obviously somebody added that privacy screen which is painted blue. If you look at the second floor how that white woodwork pops off the brick. I would paint everything white. I think it would look smashing.

I like your house a lot, just as it is! You could paint the door red with the colors you currently have. Your porch looks more like a porch than the house next door with the deck railings!
