What are the distances from the island to any counter/ appliance. I know you are trying to center the island to the sink, however I think it should be pulled further to the fridge area. I say that as the stool area may need to have more room for sitting down & getting up right next to the range. What is the distance under the counter where the stools are going to the edge of the counter? What will be under the island area. Cabinets (facing which way)?

Are you having a counter top range burners & separate wall ovens? It would be good to have at least a 12 inch counter to the right of the fridg for placing items.

I love the design for the mudroom & the pantry areas. It might be good to have a secondary small sink area either in the mudroom. Where will the laundry be? Upstairs with the bedrooms?

Consider locating the refrigerator next to the door to the mudroom. Then moving clockwise: counter space, turn the corner, counter space, dish washer, sink, counter space, range, counter space, ovens. Then make four foot by ten foot island from base cabinets facing the sink, wall cabinets on a toekick on the back of the base cabinets, and a twelve inch overhang.

Sandradclark- We are planning on a cooktop and separate wall ovens. I think we will end up going with a 36' refrigerator instead of 48' so I think that would be an easy change to add some counter space to the right of the refrigerator.

Laundry is in a separate laundry room by the master bedroom.

The oven is in a bad spot. You are not supposed to interrupt counter space with a tall cabinet. Suggestion: ovens where the fridge is, fridge by the mud room entry, cooktop where the ovens are, move the sink "up" on the plan and that will allow you to get a longer island that is still centered on the window.
