My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the black tile used for the trim? And what size is it? I've been looking for something just like it in Minneapolis.

    Thanks for your question. I believe this was a 2x4 cove top trim piece in gloss black. Much of the tile from this project was sourced from Clay Squared here in Minneapolis. They are an excellent resource for period-appropiate tile. Good luck with your project!
