What bulb is this small blue flower?

It’s not scilla, or at least not the usual one.
Leaves look similar, but the flowers are in a cone like cluster, rather than
singly or in pairs as I have seen before. It’s a really early bloomer. My
regular scilla have not bloomed yet. Thanks!
