Any advice decorating this bedroom a bit? It's small, white walls with wainscoting all around. Also, there's an air conditioning vent in the center of the ceiling - I want to install a ceiling fan but not sure what to do since it won't be able to be centered.

Was thinking of a few things:

1. Add drapes to the windows with a pattern and some color
2. Add three framed pictures above the headboard

Any ideas for the opposite wall, where the dresser is? Could do away with the dresser if needed, if there would be something better to put there.

Just need something to liven it up a bit. Any suggestions are appreciated. See pictures attached.
