Have you tried working with Benjamin Moore "Color Capture" app? Take a picture of the bricks, roof etc. and the app will come up with colors that are compatible with the pics. Then you will receive in your email a suite of colors that work together.

@scotts designs, I have played around with the benjamin moore app. I will have to try harder! I know enough that I have to pull from the roof along with the brick, I am so bad at making these big decisions! and...I really dislike the brick, it makes the house look "sqwatty" and it's locking me into colors that I dont want. I want coastal blue.....lol not happeaning!

I think the roof overhang drags house down. I didn't mention it because I don't always like offering unsolicited advice.not thrilled with porch. Im wondering if a flat rail and simple spindles would work? Not sure about second pic.

I'm not attaching this picture for the railing but the treatment under posts and rails. See... No lattice. I think lattice is too busy for your house.

I like the solid white under the porch for sure, Mia. with the body staying a lite color, what to do with the trim?? I was thinking of flipping the color, dark body, lite trim, but I think it will shink it more. I have painted this porch every year, white. with the snow we get, I was wondering if staining the floor red and leaving the railing lite would work?

Your front entry is the introduction to your home. The narrow, side approach deck does not do your home justice. It gets in the way and is contributing to the "squatty", long, low crowded feeling in addition to the bulbous bushes crowding your windows. Consider removing these elements and give your façade some space. I would venture to guess there is a stoop under the deck that might be salvageable which could be integrated into a welcoming landscaped approach to the front door. Reducing the height of these elements will visually add height to the home as well as remaining relatively monochromatic with your colors.

Since your roof is a large area, consider a straw, buff color for the trim and siding. Remove the shutters. Possibly coastal blue for the front door. Dark bronze color railing and front lights along with blue stone walkway.
