Need to see more of the plant, but my SWAG would be an Oncidium type (or whatever name is in flavor today), maybe even a psychopsis of some sort.

Unfortunately that's pretty much all there is to see of the plant.:/ the leaf on the left looks the same as a phals leaf and the stems are straight up like a phal too but those bulb looking things at the base of the leaf are what tipped me off to it being something different ... And it has lots of tiny roots

I think Bob is right. Could be a psychopsis. Need a better picture.

Unfortunately I don't have any other pictures, it's not my orchid and I only took the one photo while there today. Anyway I googled it and spoke to the owner and it is indeed a psychopsis. I showed pictures and it looks like the right one:) thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Jane I totally agree theirs a remnant of a spike coming from one of the psudobulbs in the middle of the leaf and the green leaves to the side has the shape of psychopsis. I would bet on it being a psychopsis orchid. Velleta
