The wife and I just bought this house and we are redoing the whole thing. First up, rip out the wall (to the right of the first pic) between the kitchen and the living room and redo both. A few ideas we have: all stainless steel appliances, reconfigure the islands and do them in cool hardwood tops, and nice quartz countertops to run along the outside where the fridge is. We'd love to hear other ideas!
