I'm going to finally remodel my kitchen and I'm thinking of going with induction, probably 30". I use a lot of rather large pans, 12" generally, but it seems like most of the induction units have elements that are 10-11". Is that an issue? Do you have to use smaller pans?

Any recommendations for reliable and not too pricey cooktops would be appreciated. Or if you had one you hated, appreciate hearing that too!
