My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The grout in the floor is light and clean looking, is it possible with today's new products for it to stay that way? My grout has darkened in areas, I clean, reseal to no avail, considering ripping it out and going wood. But I love the look, any suggestions?
