Alas, no. I can give you a range wide enough to land a 747---say, between 6 months to 5 years or even more. Neither do I know of any proven method to force adeniums to bloom. Fortunately, there is a number of entertaining things you can make your plant do in the meantime, such as training its roots, shaping its canopy and the like. In my experience, this kind of manhandling does not seem to affect a plant's ability to bloom except to delay them slightly when you trim a branch. In fact, some branches that do not bloom often will do so after being pruned.
