My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need new kitchen pendant lights!

I need new kitchen pendant lights. I don't like these...do you? Need inexpensive options that go with the feel of a 100 year old home. Thx!

    I would simply trade them out for classic schoolhouse pendants with black or ORB hardware. The looks is cleaner than the ones hanging there now.

    I like something with clear glass. To me it's a nice simple look. These are at Lowe's for $120 each.
