It looks pretty healthy to me.. it looks a bit leggy - what kind of light do you have it in? There's no way to tell when it will bloom... they bloom when they are good and ready. Usually after a dry, cool winter.

I would take a damp cloth and wipe down the leaves, they look a little water spotted and that makes it harder for them to get the light they need.

The brown spots are probably just normal wear and tear from living. As long as you don't see any bugs in the soil or on the undersides of the leaf, I wouldn't be too worried! :-)

I agree that it looks healthy, but It also looks immature to me. Clivias need to produce at least 12 leaves before their first flowering. I would guess that it will take at least another year or two before it would be old enough to flower. If you can keep it growing well, in bright light but no full sun, and in a fast draining medium, it should put on another two to four leaves a year and get significantly bigger. Feed it regularly and water sparingly next winter, and it may flower about a year from now. You don't say where you live, which makes a difference in how much sun you can give clivias without burning them. Where I live, in Southwest Ohio, I grow my clivias indoors in a south facing window for the coldest six months of the year and outdoors in bright shade for the warmer months. In areas with more intense light, people don't usually expose clivias to direct sun except in early morning.
