We had very little wind today and I worked at the garden 5 1/2 hours came home red and happy!

Spent Saturday mowing. Spent this morning getting the mowers ready for the next round.

Probably go to McAlester tomorrow for a battery for the little riding mower. Have to take a belt back for the Super A and hopefully they ordered the right one this time. I knew I should of checked it before I brought it home. Nothing like a 100 mile round trip for nothing.

The garden is sure dried out now.

My brother in law and his girlfriend were visiting this weekend from south texas. They went to Okc to go ziplining at the river. The zip line was closed due to wind. So...when will it ever be open in Oklahoma? I am surprised there is not a blank space on the map where Ok used to be because it has been blown away!

I don't think we had quite as much wind as y'all did. It might have hit the mid-20s here on and off, but it wasn't terribly bad.

We did lots of mowing and edging yesterday afternoon and evening, working like dogs to get as much done as we could before the rain arrived.

Robert, It seems like every time we get a piece of equipment out of the garage, it breaks while we're using it. Tim has gotten pretty good at finding and ordering parts online, which save us from having to run around searching for the right one.

Scott, hmmm. I imagine the zipline will be open and operating in July and August when we're all wishing for some wind so we can have a little breeze to cool us off.
