Banquette / settee arms with dining table dilemma

Hi all, I have a living room to kitchen area where I've carved out one section as my dining area. There are two nooks on either side of the fireplace. The right nook is where my dining us and the left nook is where the TV will be. The living room has a white and gray rug and white leather sofa. The two nooks will be painted in the accent color.

I just bought these furniture pieces brand new and got really good deals on them so I'm trying to figure out how to make it work: six person dining table, banquette, backless bench, two chairs

My idea was a banquette on the side against the kitchen wall (as seen in the pics) with a matching bench on the opposite side. That way it all feels "open" with the backless bench instead of chairs with a back.

The problem? The banquette's very small low arms combined with the table legs make it hard to get in and out without pushing the table out slightly and then pulling it back in once seated.

I really like the table (it has a lacquered table top with gator skin design so easy to clean). The two sets of pictures show the table as a 60" table and extended 72" table. The width of the table is 42" and I believe the nook is 70" wide.

My question is - is it normal to pull out the table to get into a banquette seat? If not, I'll have to look for another inexpensive white table that looks good but has a different type of legs. Or do you have any other suggestions?
