This photo shows the covered front porch of our rental house, a 1967 brick ranch. As you can see from these photos, it hasn't really been "modernized", just maintained.

When my grandmother lived here, the porch was covered in that lovely green fake grass AstroTurf carpet. I knew it had to go.

The problem is, now that it's gone, what do I replace it with? My dad is trying to sell the house, so he doesn't want to sink too much money into it, but the porch is the first impression of the home.

Is painting the concrete or doing an epoxy seal the best and/or only option?
